Hi, I’m Maja
Founder of The HerStrength Collective. Former ballerina turned strength coach for high-achieving women who are ready to reclaim their power, embody confidence, and lead themselves with strength from the inside out.
My fitness journey began in the world of ballet, teaching me discipline, dedication, and a drive for excellence. I spent years mastering movement and learning how powerful the mind-body connection truly is.
At 18, I shifted. At first, I thought I was just changing how I trained. But really? I was changing who I was.
Strength training became the first space where I didn’t have to perform. My training went from focusing solely on how I looked, to reclaiming how I felt in my body. Strength training gave me ownership over my body, freedom in how I moved, and confidence that wasn’t based on appearance, but alignment.
That shift lit a fire in me. One that became the foundation for The HerStrength Collective.
Why I created the herstrength collective
I know what it’s like to look like you have it all together, to already look fit, work hard… but to secretly feel like you’re spiraling inside.
I created this program for the high-achieving woman who knows how to work hard, but deep down, her health is built on extremes:
→ Stuck in a cycle with food (restriction, binging, guilt, overthinking, every bite).
→ Training program is all over the place (changing workouts, never seeing true progress, not knowing where to really progress).
→ You look ‘fit’ but you don’t feel good, confident, or in control.
You don’t need another plan based solely on physique. You need a system that transforms how you feel in your body. Strong, nourished, confident, and at peace with yourself.
Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or trying to build a strong, feminine physique that actually feels good to live in, I’m here to walk with you, every step of the way.

Stabilize your nervous system, nourish your body, and rebuild trust with food and movement. You’ll break cycles of restriction, create simple nutrition strategies, and feel consistent energy, better digestion, and deeper body awareness.
Radiant
Step into your strength. With structured lifting, progressive overload, and strategic fueling, you’ll build visible muscle, optimize performance, and move with confidence in and out of the gym.

Sustain and embody your transformation. Here, you’ll transition into long-term maintenance, anchor rituals that reinforce identity, and lead yourself with clarity, self-trust, and autonomy around food, fitness, and life.
My coaching is grounded in research, empathy, and lived experience. I’ve been through the pressure, the burnout, the identity shifts — and I’ve found a way to thrive without sacrificing my health, goals, or values.
Now I help other women do the same.
